Delivery Times

Your order will be delivered by Australia Post or Fastway Couriers. Please notify us of any specific delivery instructions.

Delivery times will depend on your address. As a guide, the following delivery times should apply:

Working Days

      To Metropolitan Areas                 5 - 6                        3-4

      To Country Areas                           6 - 7                        4-5

 

Delivery Charges. Postage per case:

Tasmania - $5.00

Rest of Australia - $10.00

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

Credit Card Charges

Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. (or others of you do)

Minimum Purchase

Minimum purchase is required of 6 bottles.

Wine is a Delicate Commodity

Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Josef Chromy Wines is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.

Deliveries / Couriers

Josef Chromy Wines can deliver to anywhere in Australia.

Couriers please note that the purchase of wine is to be delivered:

I.             to the adult who placed the order (include their name in the instructions)

II.            to another adult at the delivery address who can accept the order on behalf of the person who placed the order.

III.           If the delivery is made on a day after the day the order is taken, or the sale was made online, in accordance with the customer's instructions (such as delivery to another address or an unoccupied address).

In the instance of the customer not a home (on a day after the day the order is taken ) a Calling Card should be left for the customer advising the location of purchase. If you do not hear from the customer within 7 days of leaving a Calling Card, please contact Josef Chromy Wines on 03 6335 8700 to clarify further action

Customer please note that for ease of delivery and tracking, we prefer that where possible you provide a Business Delivery Address. Your purchases can then be delivered during normal business hours and signed for upon receipt.
